Careful with Sports Drinks
If you have children who use sports drinks ( like those that promise to replenish minerals the body depletes during exercise), tell them to be sure to brush their teeth after using them.
Most people know that sugar and acidity of sodas can promote tooth decay, but some may not realize that sports drinks can also contain sugar and much more acidic than sodas.
